1 1/2 Cup Red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 Oz Water
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 Oz Apple cider vinegar
1 Dill pickle, minced
7 Oz Chicken, cooked
2 Tbsp Green onions, chopped
Before you begin, you will already want to have cooked cubed chicken. If you don't have any leftover chicken to use, you can cook it first and then set it aside while you prepare the rest of the dish.
Place your non-stick pan over medium heat. Add your red cabbage and let it cook.
Once your cabbage has cooked down a little, add your water, tomatoes, and your branches of oregano
Season your red cabbage and vegetables while letting them cook.
Add your apple cider vinegar
and turn your stove down to low heat. Let everything cook in the vinegar for approximately 15 minutes.
While your vegetables and red cabbage are cooking at low heat, prepare your pickles.
Add your minced pickles to the dish and continue cooking everything until the liquid has completely evaporated.
Remove your red cabbage mix from the heat, add your cold chicken, and garnish your dish with green onions.
