INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Mixed bell peppers, cubed
1/2 Cup Bell pepper coulis
7 Oz Chicken, cooked & cubed
1/2 Cup Brocoli, blanched & chopped
1 Tsp Parsley, chopped
1 Tsp Basil, chopped
1 Garlic clove, finely sliced
1 Pinch Red pepper flakes
1 Bag Shirataki noodles
1/2 Cup Green onion, chopped
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

Before you begin, you will need to have a bell pepper coulis prepared. If you aren't sure how to prepare one, learn how to make a bell pepper coulis dressing first!

To start, place your non-stick pan over high heat.

Add your grape seed oil to the pan, then add the bell peppers. Cook the peppers until they're soft.

Once you're satisfied with the peppers, add the pepper coulis and reduce your stove to medium heat.

Next, add your chicken, broccoli, parsley, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking over medium heat.

Finally, add the shirataki noodles to your pan (make sure to wash them thoroughly first) and stir until everything's heated.

Once you've plated your chicken pasta dish, top it with your green onions.
