Chicken Adobo will be your new favorite weeknight recipe!

Some days it can be difficult to stay on track with your weight loss goals. If you feel that you don’t have the time or the motivation to make a meal, you may resort to unhealthy packaged foods. We’ve all been there! However, it is important to take care of your body and watch what you eat. The Chicken Adobo is a great dish to try during a busy workweek because it is easy and quick to make. Once you get a taste, you won’t be able to resist!

INGREDIENTS

12 Oz Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, Cut into pieces
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tsp Garlic, Minced

DIRECTIONS

In a medium-sized pan, mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.

Place the pieces of chicken in the pan and coat them with the mixture.

Cover and simmer on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Uncover and cook the chicken on medium high heat. Make sure it is cooked all the way through and that the sauce has thickened and reduced. Stir occasionally.

Ready to serve!
