1 Celery root, cut like french fries
2 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven at 450F, place the fries on a baking sheet and sprinkle seasonings on top, mix well.
