This Italian classic has a fresh new spin!

The caprese salad has always been a savory choice when it comes to eating healthy. We decided to take that concept and add our favorite zoodles to the mix! INGREDIENTS

4 Cups Zucchini, Noodles
2 Oz Cherry tomatoes, Sliced in half
4 Oz Mozzarella cheese, Pearls
1 Oz Fresh basil, Chopped

Dressing

2 Tbsp Olive oil, Extra virgin
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
1/4 Tsp Sea salt

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, toss ingredients for the noodle salad.

In a smaller separate bowl, whisk ingredients to make dressing and toss into larger bowl with other ingredients.
