Did you know?

Mozzarella is usually made with the milk from water buffalo. In North America, the cheese is most often made from cow milk instead and is known as “low-moisture” mozzarella.

Mozzarella is surprisingly healthy for a low-fat dairy product! 1 ounce of mozzarella contains less than a gram of sugar or carbohydrates, but up to 7 grams of protein!
