6 Oz Chicken, Cooked and chopped
1/4 Cup Blue cheese, Crumbled (optional)
3 Tbsp Buffalo wing hot sauce
2 Green onions, Chopped
1 Celery, Chopped
1 Garlic clove, Minced
Sea salt & pepper, To taste
