INGREDIENTS

8 Eggs
6 Oz Chicken, Cooked and chopped
1/4 Cup Blue cheese, Crumbled (optional)
3 Tbsp Buffalo wing hot sauce
2 Green onions, Chopped
1 Celery, Chopped
1 Garlic clove, Minced
Sea salt & pepper, To taste

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Whisk eggs in a medium-sized bowl.
Mixing seasonings and sauces into eggs.

Add chicken, buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese crumbles, celery, garlic, green onions, sea salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and combine all ingredients together.
Mixing poured into muffin tin.

Lightly oil a muffin tray and pour mixture into cups. This recipe will make 12 muffins depending on the size of your tray.
Baked muffin eggs.
