INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Cauliflower florets
1/2 Cup Buffalo wing hot sauce, low fat,low carb
2 Tsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°F

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together hot sauce, olive oil and garlic powder.

Then, toss in cauliflower.

Once the cauliflower is well coated, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cauliflower begins to turn golden brown.
