This egg drop soup recipe is loaded with flavor!
2 Cup Chicken stock
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, (1 to 2 tbsp) low sodium
1/4 Tsp Ginger, minced
1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 Large Egg whites
In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth and soy sauce to a boil and add ginger.
Then, add broccoli and mushrooms; let boil for 3 – 4 minutes or until broccoli is soft.
Lastly, stir in egg white and remove from heat.
