Did you know?

When Peter Piper picked a peck of peppers, he was on to something! Peppers are a great source of vitamin C, which helps the body repair itself from cuts and scrapes. This vitamin actually helps the body maintain its tissues by forming collagen to help them stay together. It’s just another great reason you should be getting more vitamin C in your diet!
