1 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Red hot sauce
1 Can Chickpeas, rinsed
1 Bunch Kale, ends trimmed and chopped (3 cups)
Ground cumin
1/2 Eggplant, trimmed and sliced horizontally
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 Cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp Parsley, minced
