Did you know?

Kale is a high source of Vitamin K, which is known to help regulate our body’s inflammatory process. Also, it has been said that LDL cholesterol levels (bad cholesterol) will decrease the more Kale you intake, while HDL cholesterol levels (good cholesterol) will increase, which reduces the risk for heart disease.
