Our refreshing Blueberry Kale Smoothie will Help Boost your day!

We have another healthy smoothie recipe for you to get excited about! Now that the weather has gotten warmer we are all outside enjoying the sun! You can pack our Blueberry Kale Smoothie as an on-the-go snack for a nice scenic walk through the city or for a fun picnic at the park! This yummy smoothie will help cool you down on a hot summer day. Don’t forget to bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to help protect yourself from the suns rays!

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups frozen blueberries
1 1/2 Cups almond milk
1 Handful Kale leaves, Stems removed
1 Banana, Sliced and frozen
1 Tbsp coconut flakes
2 Tsp Fresh Ginger, Finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth. Add extra almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.

Top the smoothie with extra coconut flakes if desired.
