INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Beef flank steak, thinly sliced
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Cup Cauliflower, blanched & mashed
1 Cup Celery root, blanched & mashed
1/2 Tsp Lime juice
2 Tsp Horseradish

Season beef steak with sea salt and pepper before cooking.

In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add beef and sprinkle on chilli powder; let sear.

When the beef is well cooked, set aside.

In the same hot non-stick pan, add mashed cauliflower, mashed celery root, lime juice, and horseradish; mix well until heated.
