INGREDIENTS

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, (oyster and chanterelle)
1/2 Cup Green onion
1 Oz Chicken stock
7 Oz Beef flank steak, cooked
1 Tbsp Soy sauce

Begin with all your ingredients - be sure to have already cooked the steak.

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, mushrooms, green onions, sea salt and pepper; let simmer.

Now, add chicken stock into the pan and let cook with vegetables.

Add your leftover steak in the pan and let sear.

Lastly, add the soy sauce into the pan and let cook.

Ready to serve!
