We admit it, the zoodles are our own spin on this favorite. We think the hint of apple cider vinegar is what makes this one special.

4 Cups Beef broth, Non fat, low sodium
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, Low sodium
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Garlic clove, Minced
1/4 Tsp Ginger, Minced


1 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Zucchini, (spiralized)
1/4 Cup Green onion
1 Cup Bean sprout
1 Egg, (bring water to boil. add egg and cook for 6 minutes)
1/2 Lb Beef
Sriracha, to taste (optional)
