Ramen with bean sprouts and zoodles lets you enjoy a classic while you stick to your diet!

Who doesn’t love a good bowl of ramen? Our beef ramen bowl has all the classic ingredients: bean sprouts, thin beef, and zoodles… We admit it, the zoodles are our own spin on this favorite. 4 Cups Beef broth, Non fat, low sodium
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, Low sodium
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Garlic clove, Minced
1/4 Tsp Ginger, Minced


1 Tsp Grape seed oil,
2 Zucchini, (Spirailized)
1/4 Cup Green onion,
1 Cup Bean sprout,
1 Egg, (bring water to boil. add egg and cook for 6 minutes)
1/2 Lb Beef,
Sriracha, Optional

Mix all the broth ingredients together in a pot and bring it to a boil.

While the broth boils, sear the thinly sliced beef on a hot pan with grape seed oil.

Add the zucchini noodles, bean sprouts, and scallions to the broth. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Add beef and one half of the egg to each bowl and serve it up!

We recommend a dash of Sriracha for some heat and extra yummy flavor!
