Who doesn’t love a good bowl of ramen? Our beef ramen bowl has all the classic ingredients: bean sprouts, thin beef, and zoodles… We admit it, the zoodles are our own spin on this favorite. 4 Cups Beef broth, Non fat, low sodium
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, Low sodium
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Garlic clove, Minced
1/4 Tsp Ginger, Minced


1 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Zucchini, (spiralized)
1/4 Cup Green onion
1 Cup Bean sprout
1 Egg, (bring water to boil. add egg and cook for 6 minutes)
1/2 Lb Beef
Sriracha, to taste (optional)

In a large pot, add in all broth ingredients and bring to a boil.

In a medium pan, heat grapeseed oil on medium-high heat and sear beef slices.

Cook zucchini noodles, scallions, and bean sprouts in broth for approximately 2 minutes.

Serve broth with veggies in two separate bowls, top with beef and halved egg.

Garnish with Sriracha to taste to get more heat and flavor!
