The best way to keep pak choi fresh is to only wash the vegetable right before you’re about to use it. Pak choi can last up to 6 days if it is kept in your fridge. We recommend that you only wash the portion of pak choi you’re using for this recipe when cooking our fricasse recipe to help keep your veggies fresh!
