INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Beef, thinly sliced
1 Tsp Ginger, chopped
1 Cup Bean sprout
1 Cup Cauliflower, riced
1 Tbsp Green onions
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium

DIRECTIONS

Add beef to a hot, non-stick pan, allowing it to cook and sear.

Next, add in the ginger, mixing it in with the beef.

Mix in the bean sprouts, allowing them to cook gently and soak up some of the ginger and juices from the beef.

Stir in the cauliflower rice and allow everything to cook, making sure to incorporate all flavors.

Finally, plate your stir fry, finishing it with green onions and a drizzle of soy sauce, depending on your taste.
