1/2 Tbsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Ground beef, lean
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1/4 Cup Green chilli peppers
1/2 Cup Green onions
1/2 Tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp Parsley
1/2 Tsp Horseradish
1/4 Tsp Soy sauce, (can be replaced with tamari)
1/4 Tsp Paprika
2 Iceberg lettuce leafs, (2 to 4 )
