A healthier beef burger recipe the entire family can enjoy!

1 Cup Rutabaga, julienned
1/2 Tbsp Chili powder
1/2 Tbsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Ground beef, lean
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1/4 Cup Green chilli peppers
1/2 Cup Green onions
1/2 Tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp Parsley
1/2 Tsp Horseradish
1/4 Tsp Soy sauce
1/4 Tsp Paprika
2 Iceberg lettuce leafs, (2 to 4 )
Preheat the oven to 425°F
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together rutabaga, chilli powder, oregano, and grape seed oil.
Now, place rutabaga fries evenly on a baking sheet (spray sheet with oil first); place in the oven and let bake for 30 minutes, flipping half way through.
Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl mix together beef, celery, chilli pepper, onions, garlic, parsley, horseradish, soy sauce and paprika; make a patty.
In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add patty; let cook.
Once patty is cooked, serve on a plate by using the lettuce leafs as a bun with rutabaga fries.
