2 Cups Red bell pepper, Sliced into juliennes
1 Cup Green bell pepper, Sliced into juliennes
1 Cup Zucchini, Sliced into juliennes
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced into thin strips
salt and black pepper, To taste
