4 Portobello mushroom, Wiped clean with a damp cloth
1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves, Minced
2 Tsp Dried Oregano
Sea salt & pepper, Pinch

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, or yellow mustard

A tip for cleaning portobello mushrooms after removing the stem is to scrape off the gills with the tip of a spoon. This will ensure they don’t stain the cap or your hands, as they can give food an unappealing brown color.
