4 Portobello mushromms, Wiped clean with a damp cloth
1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves, Minced
2 Tsp Dried Oregano
Sea salt & pepper, Pinch

17 Oz Extra lean ground beef
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
