2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce, (optional) Brand of your choice
1 Zucchini, Sliced into thin rounds
1 Bell pepper, Cut into thin strips
6 Spears Asparagus
salt and black pepper, To taste
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Set the grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, place 2 sheets of aluminum foil on top of each another.
Place a chicken breast on the stacked pair of aluminum foil sheets, and add salt and pepper for seasoning. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other chicken breasts.
Brush barbecue sauce onto each chicken breast.
Place an equal amount of vegetables around each chicken breast. Add more salt and pepper for seasoning.
Lightly drizzle the chicken and vegetables with olive oil.
Cover the chicken and vegetables by folding the sides of the foil over them. Make sure to seal the foil packets.
Lay the foil packets on the heated grill. Cook for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
Before serving, let the chicken sit for a few minutes.
