INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
2 Chicken breast, 6 to 8 oz each, sliced
4 Cups Green beans
2 Cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1/4 Cup Pesto, low-fat, low-carb

DIRECTIONS

Pan with chicken breast and seasoning

Heat oil in a large pan and add the sliced chicken breast, seasoning with sea salt and pepper. When the chicken is cooked through, remove from pan.

Add green beans and cook until tender.

Add the chicken back into the pan, then add tomatoes and pesto.
