INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
2 Chicken breast, 6 to 8 oz each, sliced
4 Cups Green beans
2 Cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1/4 Cup Pesto, low-fat, low-carb

DIRECTIONS

Pan with chicken breast and seasoning

In a large pan, heat oil over medium. Add chicken breast and season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Remove chicken from pan once thoroughly cooked.

Add green beans to pan and cook until limp and tender.

Add tomatoes and pesto to pan and stir. Then add cooked chicken and combine ingredients together.
