Did you know?

Jicama’s vitamin C content makes it a great vegetable to eat when you need a strong immune system. Vitamin C helps stimulate white blood cells, the body’s first defense against illness. In addition, the antioxidants in jicama help eliminate potentially harmful free radicals from the body, and can in some cases help prevent certain forms of cancer.
