INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Chayote, cut into fries
1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
Sea salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Slice the chayote into fries; you can slice them as thin or as thick as you like, depending on your preference.

Toss and coat the chayote slices in a resealable bag with grape seed oil, salt, and Cayenne pepper.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once halfway through cooking.
