INGREDIENTS

6 Eggs
1 Tsp Grape seed oil
2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Asparagus
Sea salt & pepper, To taste

DIRECTIONS

Add oil, mushrooms, and sea salt to a non-stick pan and simmer.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, sea salt, and pepper together. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add this mixture to the pan.

Add in the asparagus when the omelette becomes thick.

Ready to serve!
