1/2 Cup Lotus, sliced on an angle
1 Tbsp Pickled ginger, (may contain gluten)
1 Garlic, baked
1 Cup Pak choi, blanched
4 Tbsp Tomato coulis
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
