Asian-inspired chicken recipes mix delicious flavors that always satisfy!
When you need a meal that’s sure to satisfy your taste buds and your appetite, look no further than easy chicken recipes for a convenient dinner option. Mixing the acidity of pickled ginger with the gentle sweetness of lotus, this Asian-inspired chicken recipe is sure to be a delicious meal you can make in no time at all!
7 Oz Chicken, sliced
1/2 Cup Kohlrabi, blanched and sliced
1/2 Cup Lotus, sliced on an angle
1 Tbsp Pickled ginger
1 Garlic, baked
1 Cup Pak choi, blanched
4 Tbsp Tomato coulis
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil, and add your sliced chicken, making sure to season with sea salt and pepper. Let it sear.
Slice your kohlrabi before adding it to the pan. Toss it with the chicken to really incorporate the flavors.
Chop your lotus to vary the texture of the vegetables and add it to the pan.
Top the vegetables and chicken with pickled ginger, stirring and tossing it with the rest of the pan. Add your garlic at this point, too, and let everything continue cooking.
Drizzle a plate with tomato coulis
before serving. You can also incorporate the sauce directly into the pan and let it heat up with everything else, if you'd like.
