We love how this gluten-free recipe is so unique by a simple change of a few ingredients.  Fresh lime, ginger, and cilantro add an Asian flair to a high protein appetizer or main course.

2 Pound Ground chicken, lean
1/2 Lime, Zest
1/2 Lime juice, fresh
1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped
5 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 Tsp Ginger, minced
1/2 Tsp Sea salt


1/2 Cup Low sodium soy sauce, or Tamari if GF
2 Tsp Sriracha, for more to taste
1/2 Tsp Stevia, optional
Green onion, garnish
sesame seeds, garnish
