INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Pound ground pork, mild sausage
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Garlic clove, minced
1 Shallot, sliced
1 1/2 Cup Celery, sliced
2 Apple, preferably red, chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Sage, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Thyme, finely chopped
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup walnut, toasted
salt and black pepper, to taste
2 1/2 Cup Vegetable stock
