So, what exactly does the paleo diet entail? Those who have adopted a paleo lifestyle eat lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats from sources such as nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil, and grass-fed meat. They avoid grains, legumes, dairy, and refined foods.
For some, this may seem daunting and difficult, and perhaps even limiting, but it doesn’t have to be.
