Hi guys, just want to know what you guys do when meal prepping. Like, do you do it once a week for the whole week, or do it every now and then on different days of the week, or anything else?
I’m asking bc i’m tired of spending so much time on this. Can meal prep so my food lasts the whole work week without it going bad but at the same time, avoid taking so long meal prpping.
I generally do it once a week on the weekend. The best way to get ahead though is to try to get comfortable with eating the same meals at least 1-2x a week, and also making meals that freeze well in large batches. If you have the ability to, I highly recommend getting a deep-freeze for extra space so you can cook ahead.
