The list of ingredients doesn’t match the cooking instructions. And the video doesn’t help either. Should it be plain ground pork or sausage? What kind of sausage? What’s the Italian seasoning and the ginger for? Sure seems like a lot of oil to be adding to a dish that’s going to render a lot of fat while it cooks, no? Would love to know the nutritional analysis of this. I suspect it belongs on the low carb side but far from the low fat side. But I could be wrong.
