    If you had to pick only one type of recipe to follow, would it be low fat or low carb? Curious to know what everyone thinks and why?

    There’s actually a bunch of articles going around recently that talk about the idea that as far as weight-loss goes low fat vs. low carb are equally effective. That said, I’m not sure which method is better for overall health.
