I’ve often been frustrated with looking for low-carb recipes (mostly for myself and my husband) that basically don’t take all the flavour out of the meal. Would love to hear some ideas / recipes that people have used that actually taste good. I’m happy to include meats and cheeses, etc.
Theres lots of different types of paper. mache paper, letterhead paper, egyptian papyrus… so . ok, jk. i’m just gonna answer with this:
just make the meat really delicious, cook it with a salsa or a dressing thats made out of veggies or low sodium, and then whatever you have for carbs, just mix it with the meat. or just get rid of all the carbs, kinda like here: https://www.lowfatlowcarb.com/recipe/low-carb-cheeseburger/ i just made that last night for a low carb day
