    New to the site so sorry if this question has been covered. Is there a set suggested meal plan for low fat/low carb ? Looking for suggested calorie level, macros, etc. Really need to lose some weight I’ve regained after having lost 110 lbs approx. seven years ago.  Thankfully not too much, but I am really not feeling good about myself. Have to admit I’m somewhat overwhelmed going through all the recipes for meal planning. Thank you !

    Hi Tina,

    Thanks for reaching out.  I understand how challenging it can be to lose weight and especially, to keep it off.  We have a BMR calculator in our tools section.  This will give you an idea of how many calories you should eat daily depending on your activity level and current weight.  To lose weight, you’ll need to restrict that amount by a minimum of 500 calories.

    You can filter our recipes for Low Fat Low Carb and start planning your meals by using those selections.
