Paleo means that you eat food as nature intended – without processing.  So, you could have a Paleo meal that is also vegetarian or vegan assuming it doesn’t have any grains or legumes.

Our Paleo meals are a variety of vegetarian, vegan, chicken, beef, lamb etc.  Just ensure that when you go to the Recipe tab at the top of the page, you select Paleo and you should get all of the recipes.  If not, it’s possible that you have a filter on either your profile or your search.
