1 – Tenderloin
2- Top Blade
3 – Top Loin
4 – Porterhouse
5 – T-Bone
Marinating your steak also helps to tenderize it. Try this simple marinade the night before you are planning on cooking your beef:
Mix in equal parts – olive oil, soy sauce (can use tamari if you are gluten free), worchestershire sauce in a small bowl. Add some Dijon mustard, minced garlic and salt/pepper. Pour over your meat so that it is covered. Turn once overnight.
