What kind of carb sources are you looking for in your meals? We don’t have any recipes with carb sources such as grains, potatoes, pastas, rice, etc. The main carb sources we do use are vegetables, some legumes and fruits. You can find those recipes here.
As for another plan for Fats and Proteins, are you looking for certain meals that contain only macronutrients?
