Who said that apple cider vinegar was a just salad dressing? Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is actually an amazing tool for everyday life and can be used for basically everything! From your health, to your house, to your hair and even your pets, everyone can benefit from its amazing properties. So what is it anyways? Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is fermented apple cider that is rich in vitamin B, vitamin C and acetic acid. In it’s raw, organic and unfiltered state, it is so much more than a JUST a salad dressing! It can:
1. Lower Blood Sugar Levels
As previously mentioned, apple cider vinegar is packed with acetic acid. This is good news for those who want to reduce their blood sugar levels and even those who suffer from type 2 diabetes because Acetic acid has been known to slow down the digestion of simple carbs.

Simply by taking 1 Tbsp of ACV with 1 cup of warm water before each meal (3 times daily) can help boost your metabolism. So yes! It can help with weight loss but don’t forget that proper diet and exercise is important as well.
